My name is John Montano, motivated and enthusiastic real estate agent beginning my new career with a strong commitment to client service and continuous learning.  I bring fresh energy, a proactive mindset, and a dedication to understanding each client’s unique needs.  Backed by up-to-date market knowledge and the latest tools, I work hard to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity and confidence.  My goal is to build lasting relationships through honesty, responsiveness, and a results-driven approach, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active and engaged in my community by volunteering at a local food bank.  My hobbies include exploring local restaurants, spin classes, traveling, fishing and projects around the home.  Time with family and friends – interests that help me stay connected, energized, and in tune with the lifestyles my clients are looking for.

Before transitioning into real estate, I gained valuable experience as a hotel general manager, engaging with guests, owners and associates that strengthened my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  I developed a strong work ethic, learned how to manage guest expectations, and built a reputation for reliability and attention to detail – qualities that I will now bring to every real estate transaction.  I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Hotel & Restaurant Management.
